Are you going to start charging me for hosting? Or put ads on my free website?

No, never. Free subdomains will always be free. I will never put ads on your free subdomain.

Can I put ads on my own subdomain? Do I have to give you a cut of the profits?

Yes, you can put ads on your own website if you want. No, you are not required to share any of your earnings.

Do I get an email account or forwarder?

No, I don’t offer emails. I could, it is possible. But I do not want to deal with having to clear out old emails that are taking up space and maxing out a quota. Gmail is the best anyway.

I need help with WordPress (or other CMS software)!

Sorry, I can’t dedicate much time to support. WordPress is free software with a ton of free resources online. If you asked me any questions, I would just do an online search for the answer. It’ll be quicker for you to do it yourself, I swear.

Will you make me a design or a theme?

Only if you’re looking to pay!

Can I store my MP3s and other files on my subdomain?

No. You can upload files used for your website, but you cannot use your subdomain as a file backup. Dropbox is awesome for that.

I goofed something up and lost all my posts/files/images.

I hate it when that happens! Unfortunately, hostees are responsible for backing up their own files. I do not keep any copies of your websites on my own computer. If we’re lucky, I can work with my host on restoring your files, but please keep your files backed up.
