1. Your name and email address.
2. The subdomain name you’d like.
3. Links to examples of websites you currently have (especially if one is what you’d like to move to your new subdomain).
4. What kind of website you’re thinking of having (blog, personal, portfolio, etc).
5. Anything about yourself. Ang would love to be friendly and get to know you.

Denial of application for free hosting is unlikely, but possible.
