Welcome to the Silencia Network! This website has been owned and around since October 2002. It originated as the personal website and blog of Ang. Her personal site has since moved to ohsoang.com, but Silencia has stuck around in various incarnations over the years. The name is from the Spanish word for silence, silencio, with a feminine flair.
In December 2011, Ang decided to create the Silencia Network. The network is part collective of projects she works on, and part free open hosting for others. Hosting is open and free. Paid options may be available in the future, but free hosted subdomains will always be free.

Ang is a 30-yr-old web designer and front-end developer near Washington, DC. In her free time, she loves to watch TV or movies, play video games, read books, or nap like a boss. Check her out at Oh So Ang!
